Our vast mountain, which offers skiing for all abilities in the winter, transforms into a selection of trails and roads for upper intermediate and advanced mountain bikers, winding through open meadows and climbing lofty peaks on our upper mountain.

Accessible via the Cable Car, our accessible trails lead to all corners of the mountain. Squaw Valley HikingThere are miles of single track, double track and roads, including the challenging 3.2 mile mountain run. Due to the nature of the mountain, Squaw Valley's terrain is not recommended for beginners.

We hope that your enjoy our beautiful mountain environment at Squaw Valley USA. In an effort to preserve the fragile landscape we ask that you ride responsibly, safely, and stay on marked trails only.

Squaw Valley's High Camp in the Summertime!Squaw Valley's World renowned cable car carries you up over 2000' to the High Camp Bath and Tennis Club. Recently retrofitted, the Cable Car features ultra-modern heated cabins, interior seating (when available) and new panoramic windows.

Note: Cable Car operations are subject to weather conditions. For schedule updates on questionable weather days, please call (530) 583-6985.

Skating & Swimming

For those familiar with High Camp: Bungee Jumping is pending sale and will not be available this summer season, 2000.

Olympic Ice Pavilion:

The Olympic Ice Pavilion is a true wonder. Perched at High Camp, overlooking Lake Tahoe, it offer the thrill and excitement of ice skating in a truly unique and awe-inspiring setting. Open daily throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall. Lessons are available by appointment, call (530) 581-7246.

Swimming Lagoon:

Squaw Valley's Swimming Lagoon and Spa is one of the most breathtaking places in the world to relax. The free-form swimming pool features 25 meter lap lanes and two islands landscaped with waterfalls and native boarders. The 25' diameter spa is heated to 104 degrees and surrounded by expansive decks and a casual bar. The bath and Tennis Club provides lockers, showers and changing rooms, along with towel rentals.
