Great Condo Style Accommodations
Tahoe Seasons Resort is a great place if you’re looking for more the condo style stay. Unlike some chain hotels, the lobby here is very warm and welcoming which I love. It really feels like you’ve entered a grand lodge. It’s definitely somewhere you could hang out and drink hot cocoa or something.
The location is awesome too! It’s literally right next to the California Base Lodge Lift, so you can just walk with your skis or snowboard to the lift. So convenient! Plus, this lift is a lot quicker to get on than the gondola which usually has a wait to get on and parking can be a pain. And it’s really not located far from the casinos at all, maybe a mile or two. It’s close enough, but it’s also far away from the casinos and main highway where you won’t open your window and hear traffic or anything.
The rooms are very spacious here, and they have several different room options. Like you could get a room with the privacy of two but the occupancy of four. So basically you could potentially open it up to fit four people. There are large jacuzzis in every room too!
The one thing I really didn’t like was that you have to valet your car. I really don’t like doing that, but it is free, except for the tip, so that’s good.
Overall, this is a great place to stay. It really has that feel of being in the mountains while still offering comfortable luxury. I’d definitely recommend it.
