Upcoming Lake Tahoe Concerts- Summer 2013

Lake Tahoe is the place to be for some of the best concerts this summer. Some of the hottest local, regional, and national performances will take the stage at the Tahoe local venues that you won’t want to miss. After a day filled with exciting outdoor activities continue the fun into the evening with reggae beating drums, country picking guitars, and sing along hits.

Must-See Summer Concerts:

The Fab Four: Experience a Magical Mystery Tour of sorts with this Beatles tribute band at the South Shore Room Room inside Harrah’s Lake Tahoe on July 6, 2013.

2nd Annual Lake Tahoe Reggae Festival: Alpha Blondy, SOJA, Stick Figure, Passafire, Tomorrow’s Bad Seed, and Island of Black & White will put on a reggae performance that’s sure to make you dance on June 29, 2013 at the MontBleu Outdoor Event Center.

Village People: Practice your YMCA dance and don’t forget your cowboy and construction worker costumes for this famous disco group’s performance at MontBleu Outdoor Event Center on August 3, 2013.

Harvey’s Lake Tahoe Summer Concert Series:

Tim McGraw: "Live like you were dying" at this country music sensation’s concert on July 16, 2013.

Rascal Flatts: "Me and my gang" will be at this country concert July 19, 2013, will you?

Phish: This eclectic band’s jam include rock, folk, reggae, blues, and even jazz influences. Treat yourself to one of their variety performances on July 30, 2013.

Fun.: Let loose and have some fun at this indie concert with guest performers Tegan and Sara on August 27, 2013.

Brad Paisley, Chris Young, Lee Brice: This country music trio will make any country music lover swoon. Throw on your cowboy hat and check out the concert on August 30, 2013.

Dave Matthews Band: Known for its ever-popular "Gravedigger" and "The Space Between" hits, the Dave Matthews Band’s show will be a guaranteed crowd pleaser on September 4, 2013.

Lake Tahoe Music Series:

Lake Tahoe SummerFest: Treat yourself to the symphonic sounds of the orchestral and chamber musical performances at Sierra Nevada College. (August 2 - August 18, 2013)

Summer Music Series at Truckee River Regional Park Amphitheater: Every Wednesday the amphitheater in Truckee hosts free concerts from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. (June 19 -August, 2013)

Music on the Beach: Check out the tunes at Kings Beach State Recreation every Friday from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The outdoor concert series features bands including The McCoy Tyler Band, Flannel Fish, Sneaky Creatures, and more. (July 5 - August 30, 2013)

Concerts at Commons Beach: Spend a Sunday funday at Commons Beach for live music from local and national performers such as Vinyl, Tumbleweed Wanderers, and the Joe Craven Trio. (June 23 -September 8)
