Event Overview: The annual Chocolate, Wine and Roses Festival takes place in the grand ballroom of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe.

What to Expect: The Chocolate, Wine and Roses festival will be an elegant and delicious event!

• The Finest Luxuries: Guests will enjoy chocolate creations by ten of the finest Tahoe culinary artists, wine tasting, appetizers prepared by Hyatt chegs, a live and silent auction and live Cuban music.
• Theme Party: Every year there is a different theme for this event. One year it was the "Rat Pack Reunion," a previous year was the "!930's vintage Hollywood" theme, but this year the theme is "One Night in Havana, Paradise Under the Stars."
• Fundraising for a Good Cause: The money raised for this event goes towards a good cause to support vital programs in the Lake Tahoe area.
