OVERVIEW:
Diamond Peak Lake Tahoe is the ultimate family and kid-friendly ski resort featuring spectacular Lake Tahoe views, un-crowded terrain and affordable lift tickets all in a relaxed, laid-back setting. This reputation not only makes Diamond Peak a sought out resort destination but it also makes it one of Tahoe’s most popular places to learn how to ski or snowboard.

Diamond Peak offers lessons to people of all ages. Learn how ride at the “Burton Learn to ride center” while your kids are at The Bee Ferrato Child Ski Center. The Child Ski Center (for kids ages 3-7) offers friendly, experienced instructors and small group lessons. The Ski & Snowboard School (7 and older) has great deals on first time beginner packages starting at only $69 or advanced skill clinic for $59. They offer some great package to teach you the skills so you can enjoy an amazing experience.
2009/2010 Child Ski Center Price List:
GROUP LESSONS (ages 4-7)
Two sessions available: 10:30 am and 2:00 pm
2 hours = $70, 4 hours = $95
ALL DAY VALUE PACKAGE = $125
(Includes an all-day group lesson and supervised lunch. Rentals not included.)
SKI OR SNOWBOARD PRIVATE LESSONS (ages 3-7)
One hour = $105, 1.5 hour (9-10:30 am or 12:30-2 pm) = $145
Includes lift ticket. (Rentals not included)
DIAMOND PETE PRIVATE LESSONS (ages 3-7)
$235 for Private lessons starting at 9 am and includes 2 hours of 1-on-1 instruction, 2 hours of indoor supervision, lunch and rental.
CHILDREN’S RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Rossignol ski rental (ages 3-7) = $27, Burton snowboard rental (ages 5-7) = $27

LESSON PACKAGES Children (7-14) - Youth/Adult
First time beginner or novice (2nd or 3rd time) = $69, Intermediate or above = $84, Afternoon upgrade for any lesson = $25. (Includes equipment rental, one group lesson and lift ticket appropriate for your ability level.)
SIERRA SCOUT ALL DAY ADVENTURE (7-14 years old)
10am-4pm = $105 (Includes morning and afternoon lesson, equipment rental, lift ticket and supervised lunch.)
FAMILY AND FRIENDS SPECIAL
Early bird 9-10 am = $105, 1 hr = $124, Add $110 for each additional hour, All day Family & Friends private (up to 5 people) = $500 (Semi-private lessons of 2-5 people of similar ability.)
PRIVATE LESSONS
Early Bird 9-10 am = $74, 1 hr = $89, Add $80 for each additional hour, All day private lesson (1 person) = $400.
GROUP LESSONS
Adult = $35, Sierra Scout (7-14 years old) = $45, Afternoon upgrade for any lesson = $25 (1 hr and 45 min lesson for adults and children ages 7-14. Meets at 10 am and 2 pm)
