| Le Bistro is located in the back of the Country Club Mall, just
across from the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, since we
are in the mountains, most people dress casual, however, some people like to dress up and
they feel just fine as well in our elegant setting with white table clothes and napkins. Serving
authentic French cuisine, with Chef and Owner Jean-Pierre Doignon who was born in
Burgundy and trained in one of the best Restaurants, Chez Lameloise, in his native town of
Chagny. The chef can accommodate people with special diets when the customer calls in
advance to request their special need.
We also reserve the restaurant occasionally for private parties up to 50
people.
