ski out the door in the winter.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts all the
latest amenities, including spices and organic coffee beans. The living room includes telephone, satellite
TV and cozy gas log fireplace.
Take a short walk to one of the beautiful beaches
on the lake and picnic on the sandy beach under tall pine trees or pick up
supplies at the Safeway superstore two blocks away. Enjoy the functional kitchen
or the outdoor BBQ with gas grill. Casino excitement and entertainment is less
than two miles away and gourmet restaurants
abound within one mile.
In summer, enjoy summer golfing or take the hike
& bike
trail one block away. Boating
and water sport facilities are within two miles, or fish
at Tahoe,
along the Truckee River or at any of five local reservoirs.
In winter, cross-country or snow-shoe outside your front door and ski
or snowboard at several ski
resorts within a twenty mile radius (Northstar is five miles away).
Use the private phone to keep in touch with loved ones or to make those
important reservations. Budget and Enterprise Rent-A-Car are fifteen minutes
away. The Truckee Airport is 15 minutes away, Reno is 45 minutes and Virginia
City is just an hour. Our guests, some from as far away as London, England; have
returned several times in varying seasons, and honeymooners have found our place
a romantic retreat.

Tahoe Woodside Rates:
Regular Daily Two Night Minimum $150.00 per Night
Summer Daily Two Night Minimum $170.00 per Night
Holiday Daily Three Night Minimum $170.00 per Night
One week special - Sixth Night is Free
Christmas & New Years Six Nights Minimum $850.00 for Six Nights
Reservation Deposit $150.00
Rates above include cleaning fees and snow removal services.
Rates above do NOT include pay-per-view movie rentals, damage, or local taxes of 10%.
Summer rates are charged for the period from July 1st to September 7th.
Holidays are subject to a three night minimum stay.
Check-In is at 4:00 pm. Check-Out is at 11:00 am. There is a $100 fee for late check-out. We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion.
Refundable Reservation / Damage Deposit:
The reservation deposit is refundable and required to hold your reservation, and can be placed on a credit card over the phone. Upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you a confirmation for the credit card transaction, as well as directions. Upon your arrival, you will pay the fee for the total booking, plus applicable taxes, and the deposit will convert to a damage deposit. Within one week after your departure, the deposit will be refunded to the card it was charged, less damage costs and any pay-per-view movies rental fees.
Cancellation Policy:
We have a thirty (30) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days prior to your check-in arrival date, your deposit will be refunded to you, less a $25 transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation 29 or fewer days before your check-in arrival date, your entire deposit is forfeit. This allows us to recover part of the cost and risk of recovering the rental days.
Restrictions for the Christmas and New Years Holidays:
The Christmas and New Years holidays are subject to a six night minimum stay. If your stay is shorter than the minimum, you will still be billed for the six night rate. The reservation deposit must be made at the time of booking. The entire rental fee must also be remitted by December 1st.
