We were pulling together a small and simple ceremony with a few family members in the couple of weeks run up to our first Lake Tahoe visit. We found Ann’s website, liked her services description and price.
After some back and forth by email about arrangements and scheduling, we wrote Ann saying we wanted to confirm her services. We never heard from her again.
The ceremony was to be 11/2. We wrote on 10/25 to confirm, and again on 10/26.
10/22 was her last message to us, saying nothing suggesting a problem with her a availability.
Without knowing what was happening with her, this appears unresponsive and unprofessional.
Fortunately for us we were able to engage the services of Rev. Christa Deane, of Mountain High Weddings, who was very helpful and responsive, and the ceremony came off beautifully.
