kitchen. Three bedrooms, a den, three baths and the loft are available in the main house.
Three bedrooms and one bath are located in the attached guest house. There is ample
parking outside the five-car garage on a large flat driveway that can accommodate nine
cars.
Take
in the mountain air on two large decks and an outdoor spa. Wind down from a day of skiing
in the indoor Jacuzzi tub or catch a movie on one of 9 televisions with seven VCR's
connected to standard cable and a library of 300+ recorded movies in the den. Or
just warm your feet by two pellet stoves or the large fireplace with FREE firewood while
listening to stereo music piped through the surround sound stereo system.

Renting Terms:
Main House & Guest House - Sleeps 25
Three Night Minimum - $550 per night
plus a $200 cleaning fee
During mid June through September 1st
One week minimum (from Friday to Friday) for $3,500 - All fees included

Main House - Sleeps 17
Three Night Minimum - $400 per night
plus a $125 cleaning fee
The Main House by itself is only available in May 15th-June 15th, October & November
(excluding Thanksgiving)
Reservation & Cancellation Policies
A deposit of 50% of the total amount and a separate check for $500, which is a
refundable security deposit, is required to reserve the home. The balance is due
three weeks prior to your rental date. The 50% deposit will be retained, following cancellation, if the cancelled
time is not rented again.
