The home offers 5 separate sleeping areas; Sleeps 12! There is a Trolley & Bus shuttle service that picks up passengers at 10th & Glorene Streets; two blocks away! A great way to tour the Tahoe basin, beaches and casinos!
	Accommodations: All bedding is furnished including linens/towels, blankets, pillows, wash cloths, and dish towels. Renters bring their own personal items, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, shampoo, bar soap, washing machine detergent, kitchen wrap etc. 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen sofa bed.
Private phones provided for free local calls. Calling cards needed for long distance. Color TV with remote. Weekend $525 + city tax
Three (3) nights $675 + city tax
Each additional night $225 + city tax

Maximum number of cars parked on premises, five (5)
Add $15 per day per pet + city tax., maximum 2 pets
RATES EXCEPTION: Christmas and New Years weeks, rent by the week, (seven nights) at $2400.00 + City Room taxes

Summer / Fall Seasons

Week $1300 + City tax.
Weekend $525 + City tax
Three nights $675 + City tax.
Each additional night $225 + City tax.

Also:

Reservation/security deposit is required, $200 without pets, $250 with pets.
Linens, towels and limited house cleaning furnished with the rental amounts stated above. Owners request renters to smoke outside the home please!
Rents are due in full three weeks prior to arrival date.
All rates subject to an additional 10% + $1.50 per day city taxes.
Rentals rates subject to change without notice.
