| Our objective in this section is to present the
viewer with the notion that renting directly from an owner is
a personal and quality experience. Renting directly
from the owner often results in the "extra special touches
that make a vacation rental in Lake Tahoe a memorable experience".
Owners who list in this section get results.
TahoesBest.com has been online since 1997 and has been book-marked
by thousands of people who return to Tahoe each year
for a vacation. This section is among the oldest within
the site and is highly viewed.
Owners get two listings for the price
of one. Each ad is place on the main section page
AND on a sub-page based upon the property location i.e.: Tahoe
City, Incline Village etc...
Set up is generally waived as we can typically
get all we need for your ad from your web site
directly.
Prices are listed below. Prices are
fair and set at these levels for several reasons:
- Our owners get results.
Listing hundreds of properties who are willing to pay a
few bucks to list is not our objective.
- Our ads are quality ads with great
pictures that are personal and reflective of a property's features.
- Periodic ad modifications are done at no
charge: (2 hours ad copy support per year for free).
- If your property is full - you
don't need us! If it's not, 1-2 booking per year
pays for your annual listing.
- We have never had an owner
cancel their listing because they thought it did not pay
for itself!
