Our large wooded grounds stretch from Park Avenue on the West to Pine on the south and Manzanita on the north. Our guests can use and enjoy our park benches and extensive barbecuing facilities located through out the property.

Jump on your mountain bike at your front door or slip on your hiking boots and be on some of the best biking and hiking trails in the country within minutes. Water ski, jet ski, wake board and fish. Getting Here

From the Sacramento area:

Take the I-80-BR E/US-50 E ramp towards RENO/PLACERVILLE/CA-99 S/FRESNO. Merge onto CAPITAL CITY FWY. Stay straight to go onto US-50 E. Turn LEFT onto PARK AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MANZANITA AVE.

From San José area:

Take the I-880 N ramp towards OAKLAND. Merge onto I-880 N. Take the MISSION BLVD. exit towards I-680/SACRAMENTO. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto MISSION BLVD./CA-262 E. Take the I-680 N ramp towards SACRAMENTO/LIVERMORE. Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto I-680 N. Take the I-80 E exit towards SACRAMENTO. Merge onto I-80 E. Take CAPITAL CITY FWY. towards SACRAMENTO/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. Merge onto CAPITAL CITY FWY. Stay straight to go onto US-50 E. Turn LEFT onto PARK AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MANZANITA AVE.

From the San Francisco area:

Take the I-80 E ramp towards OAKLAND. Merge onto I-80 E. Take CAPITAL CITY FWY. towards SACRAMENTO/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. Merge onto CAPITAL CITY FWY. Stay straight to go onto US-50 E. Turn LEFT onto PARK AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MANZANITA AVE.

From the Fresno area:

Take the CA-180 W to the CA-99 exit. Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto CA-99 N. Take the US-50/CA-99/I-80-BR exit towards REDDING/SAN FRANCISCO/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. Take the US-50 E exit towards PLACERVILLE/SOUTH LAKE TAHOE. Merge onto US-50 E. Turn LEFT onto PARK AVE. Turn RIGHT onto MANZANITA AVE.
