Renting Terms:

• Three Night Minimum - $150 per night
  • $100 cleaning fee
• $1,000 per week
  • no additional cleaning fee
• During mid June through September 1st
  • One week minimum (from Friday to Friday)

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

A deposit of 50% of the total amount and a separate check for $300, which is a refundable security deposit, is required to reserve the home. The balance is due three weeks prior to your rental date. The 50% deposit will be retained, following cancellation, if the cancelled time is not rented again.
