Vacation Rental Rate Schedules

LOCATION & SIZE
10% Placer County room tax is added on all rentals of less than 31
days
Minimum Stays: One week minimum: Xmas, New years, & President's Week
Two or three night minimum at all other times
Lease rates are for a three or four month minimum
Making a Reservation:
When reserving a unit, we require a valid credit card or a $300 - $600
deposit to hold the reservation for you. Your credit card (or deposit) is
used as security against damage to the unit or any extra cleaning that may be
required. There will be a charge to your credit card (or forfeiture of
your deposit) for cancellation received less than 60 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Periods:
Higher rates apply during Christmas, New Year's and President's Weeks, and may
apply during certain other three day holiday weekends. Check with the rental office for
specific dates and rates.
Chinquapin Units:
All units are fully furnished, including linens, washer and dryer, TV, phone,
full kitchen and fireplace. All units are individually owned so furnishings and
decorations vary from unit to unit. There are some exceptions to the above
rental rates, depending upon the condition of the unit. Please check with the
rental office for more information.
Deluxe Units:
Some units have been completely remodeled and redecorated, and rent for higher
rates than our standard units. For detailed information on specific units, please give us
a call.
Cleaning:
Homes are cleaned prior to your arrival and must be left clean upon
departure, including dishes washed, trash removed and general tidiness. Daily
maid service is available upon request ($22.50/hr.)
Rent Payments:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and personal checks (cash is OK, too!) Payments
made by personal check must be received at 15 days prior to arrival.
Recreational Facilities:
Chinquapin facilities include: a heated pool, fitness center (off site),
seven tennis courts w/a pro shop, two piers w/buoys, two sand beaches, a sand
volleyball court, two saunas, and walking trails along one mile of Lake Tahoe's
Beautiful shoreline!
Restrictions:
Motor homes, campers, motorcycles, motorized off-road vehicles and parked
boat/jet ski trailers are not allowed on the property. NO PETS
PLEASE! (Bringing a pet will result in forfeiture of your deposit!)
