Golf Magazine cited our challenging courses as one of the "Top Ten Courses You Can Play" in 1993. The Resort at Squaw Creek is committed to promoting a high quality, environmentally-conscious golf course. Majestically located at the base of Squaw Valley USA at an elevation of 6,200', the Squaw Creek Championship course is par 71 and measures 6,931 yards from the gold tees.

Our course is designed in a links-style along the mountain and meadow terrain, offering a challenging field of play.

We use the most ecologically sound maintenance practices to ensure a safe haven for both people and wildlife. Situated in the wetlands of Squaw Valley, the course is a culmination of ten years of extensive planning and careful handling of the environment. The spectacular result is a natural golf course that blends with the beautiful surrounding mountains.

Pro Shop

Conveniently located in the resort's own shopping promenade, Squaw Creek Sports offers golf apparel, logo items and top-of-the-line rentals - featuring Callaway clubs - from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily in summer.

Here you'll find the best in ladies' and men's golf apparel from Sport Haley, Jack Nicklaus, Carnoustie, Tehama, Cutter & Buck, Ashworth and more. Or choose from a wide variety of logo items and customized logo-wear-they're great for tournament prizes.

Golf Rates

	Resort guests $50 - $100
	Public guests $50 - $125
	Juniors (under 18) rates are available upon request

Green Fees Include:

Golf car, warm-up area, and valet parking are included in green fees. Walking is allowed.

Individual Reservations (12 players or less):

	As of May 1, tee-time reservations may be made in advance by calling 800-3-CREEK-3.
	Twilight golf reservations may also be made in advance.

Group Reservations (13 players or more):

Group tee times may be arranged through a golf professional, a conference planning manager, or a sales manager.

Parking and Bag Storage:

	Day golf guests should proceed to the bag drop at the Valet, after which they may either valet or self-park.
	Bag storage is available for overnight guests.

Rental Equipment and Practice:

	Rental Clubs: $40 a set, per day, for adults. $15 a set, per day, for juniors.
	Practice area: Open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Practice balls are $3 per bucket.

Dress code:

Appropriate golf attire is required. Men must wear collared shirts. No denim allowed. Soft spike facility.

Tournament and Group Play are specialties of the Resort's Professional Staff. With five restaurants, 33,000 square feet of meeting space, and 405 deluxe guest rooms and suites, Resort At Squaw Creek plays host to leisure, and meeting groups from 10 to 800.

Getting There : Resort at Squaw Creek is located at Squaw Valley USA, just six miles from Lake Tahoe's scenic North Shore. The Resort is 42 miles west of Reno/Tahoe International Airport via I-80 and Hwy 89 south. It is just 210 miles east of San Francisco via I-80 and approximately 100 miles from the Sacramento area.
